COVID-19

Since 2020 and the impact of the world pandemic, we have all experienced interruption to business and trading at various times with very limited notice. Based on the impact we have experienced to date; we remind all registrants of the following policy.

Venue entry requirements

The NZ government may place restrictions on hospitality venues and delegates will be expected to meet any requirements. These may include, but are not limited to:
 proof of vaccination
 the use of face masks
 Social distancing
 Sanitising of hands.
 not entering venues if you are unwell.

Government restrictions on trading

If our meeting or the venue is instructed to close by the Government, i.e. Level 4 lockdown OR Protection Framework equivalent; we may cancel or postpone the meeting in which case refunds will be applied. Alternatively we may elect to go to an online format.

If our meeting is instructed to limit capacity but can still continue, i.e. a level 2 lockdown OR Protection Framework equivalent -Red, and our event fits the “capacity” criteria set by the government and our venue is able to remain open
for business, our meeting will continue. Delegate places will be allocated based on date of registration and a waiting list will be applied.

If delegates are impacted by travel limitations to attend the meeting, we will consider each on a “case by case” basis.
